I want to stay in tune with my body and listen to what it wants…. Dry fasting for ssiritual reasons which will make my ten days twenty days. I used to get small pimples here and there and my face is so much clearer and smooth. Create and maintain a positive state of mind! My hunger cravings were still there but they were curtailed totally by the drink. I’m a huge foodie so I knew this would be extra difficult for me but I wanted to challenge my will power. I gave up solid foods as part of the Master Cleanse. The next day will be a regular breakfasting day with fruits and vegetables, seeds, berries, etc. I highly recommend following the master cleanse secrets 10-day diet plan as it is a wonderful plan. but im sure the first couple days it takes your body time to adjust. Normaly routine of my saltwater and I’m not really even bothered by it&emdash;probably because it was the last one! But this has been by far my best experience ever!

I would advise you to do your research. It’s healthy to remember that not everyone has this choice. My cravings are more for meat and cheese, rice and beans–warm things (but that includes pizza and pasta which have a lot of sugar I guess.). I hope that dosn’t effect anything?
