I was hoping someone had experience with this breed in particular since it seems a lot different than our other chickens. The rooster has the unusual, red V-shaped comb which often gets lost in his head feathers.
*Edit* This chicken turned out to be a rooster and has found a permanent residence at Pecandale Farmstead. When in a flock with more aggressive breeds, Polish will tend to be on the low end of the pecking order.
